‌Growth & Gratitude: KINGS' 10th Anniversary Series Comes to a Close

June 18, 2026 marked the 10th anniversary of KINGS' new plant going into operation. To commemorate this milestone, we organized a series of events under the theme "Growth & Gratitude." From the ancient city of Xi'an to our headquarters in Yixing, from exploring culture together to honoring the people behind our work, we looked back on how far we have come, surrounded by thousands of years of history, and found a shared sense of purpose in the celebration and the recognition. Standing in a place so steeped in history gave us a clearer sense of where we are headed, and real energy for the decade ahead.

On June 12, our domestic team, overseas colleagues, and global partners gathered in Xi'an for a three-day journey through history and culture. We stood in quiet awe before the Terracotta Army, took in the calm of the Giant and Small Wild Goose Pagodas, walked the old city wall lost in reflection, discovered the backstage craft of shadow puppetry and traditional puppet theater, and admired the elegance of Hanfu. We took it all in on foot, and walking it together brought us closer. Many of our overseas colleagues wore Hanfu for the first time, taking photos along the way as laughter rippled through the group. Behind the shadow-puppet stage, veteran artisans patiently showed us how to work the figures: a few bamboo sticks dancing between their fingertips, and the little characters on the screen sprang to life. Everyone watched, fascinated, phones raised to capture these rare moments.

From June 17 to the morning of June 18, our internal training sessions focused on market trends and product development. There were no formal pleasantries and no hollow presentations. Colleagues from different backgrounds sat down together, spread out the data, worked through real cases, and after several rounds of discussion, ideas that had once been vague gradually came into focus. One good idea led to the next, in the warmth of honest conversation.

On the afternoon of June 18, the 10th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony and Technology Innovation Awards Gala brought the whole series to its climax. A commemorative video traced our ten-year journey, from driving the first pile into the ground at the plant site to the automated workshops that run day and night today. Frame by frame, the images brought the memories back for all of us. Three colleagues honored as role models and five moving personal stories drew waves of applause and tears. Our standout technicians and innovation project teams took the stage one by one to receive their honors, each award a testament to years of quiet dedication. As the ceremony closed, members of our executive management team handed custom 10th-anniversary gifts to everyone present. The gifts themselves were small; what they really carried was the company's heartfelt gratitude to every person who has shared this road with us.

As night fell, surrounded by the warmth and aroma of a company barbecue, we sat together across departments and nationalities, sharing stories from the past few days and dreaming aloud about the decade to come. This anniversary journey has come to a beautiful close, but for KINGS, a new chapter is only just beginning.

The event attracted 110 delegates, including many renowned mining enterprises as well as top research institutions.
